Before you continue, please read this section. I recently recieved an
e-mail from someone named KoW. In his e-mail he told me that 95% flee
rate is the flee cap which would make this guide completely useless. So
this guide's only use now is to show what the flee required would be if
there was no flee cap. I will in the future add the 95% flee rates to
the guide along side of my 100% values.
This guide was made to help you determine how much flee you need to
dodge a monster 100%. This guide is based off Prak's Flee Chart, which
shows you how much flee you need to dodge a monster 95%. The formula
I used to determine the flee required to dodge 100% (theoreticaly) is
flee required for 95% dodge + ((flee required for 95% dodge / 95) X 5)
I will give the flee required to dodge 95% the variable E so the
formula is this: E + ((E/95)X5). I will call it ChillyWilly's Formula.
I formulated it off of the theory that if you require 95 flee to dodge
a certain monster 95% that you would need 100 flee to dodge 100%.
P.S. I do not accept responsibility if you try killing something and
die because these values aren't tested and are just theoretical.
P.P.S. If you would like to contribute something to this guide then please
e-mail me at no_surrender14@hotmail.com with "Flee Chart" as a subject.
All contributions will be credited in the credits section.
You are free to print out a copy only if it is to be used for domestic
purposes and not sold or used in any way to make any profit. All flee
values were determined by me using the formula that I created, which I
will call ChillyWilly's Formula. If you would like to use this guide on
your website e-mail me at no_surrender14@hotmail.com and put "Flee Chart"
as a subject. YOU MUST HAVE MY PERMISSION TO HAVE THIS GUIDE ON YOUR SITE.
This guide must remain unaltered if you wish to have it on your site.
If you find a copy of this guide on someones website who is not on the
list then please notify me and I will take care of it.

- Note from Dashiva. This is an e-mail I got from someone named Dashiva.
In this e-mail is explained why this chart isn't useless. Please e-mail
me back though Dashiva, and explain what your formula is about.
Hi,
I noticed you declared the chart useless at the
bottom, I wouldn't go that far. A chart with
theoretical 100% flee is highly useful as the max cap
might change in the near future. Some say 90%, others
even say 80%.
However, your formula is wrong. :) Dodge rate is
completely linear, meaning the amount of flee needed
for 100% dodge is the amount of flee needed for 95%
dodge + 5. That's all there is to it. 134 flee for
95%, 139 flee for 100%. The exact formula is
Dodge = k + flee - hit
k is a constant, I believe it's 20 at the moment. Flee
and hit are the same for both players and monsters,
base level + agi/dex + bonus. And yes, that's the
attacker's hit and the defender's flee.
All flee values are theoretical, which means that based upon Prak, who
created the 95% flee chart, these values should work but are only as
accurate as Prak's guide.
I'd like to thank Gravity for making such a great game, and Prak for
making the original flee chart, and I'd like to thank everyone who
doesn't bot, steal kills or loot or scam.
I would like to thank the following people for their contributions or
information:
KoW, for telling me of the 95% flee rate cap (which makes this guide
completely useless).
I would like to thank Dashiva for saying it is NOT completely useless.
Thank you very much.
