German developer Fishlabs, best known for the Galaxy on Fire series, has been acquired by unnamed party. The founders Michael Schade and Christian Lohr will leave the company. The asset buyout, will result in no job losses at this point, while all remaining 25 employees will be transferred to the buyer. The entity Fishlabs Entertainmen GmbH will be terminated.
Update: It's confirmed now that the investor is Kochmedia.
