Manchester, UK – 1st June, 2022 - UK publisher Merge Games and development studio Laser Dog are excited to announce that their hardcore rogue-lite twin-stick shooter, DEATHRUN TV, explodes onto Nintendo Switch, Google Stadia and PC today! To celebrate this awesome news, Merge has released a new release day gameplay trailer showcasing DEATHRUN TV's high-octane action!
PlayStation 5 will follow with DEATHRUN TV coming soon to the platform.
DEATHRUN TV is a fast hardcore rogue-lite twin-stick shooter set in the world's biggest and craziest game show. You'll experience real-time blistering speed and bullet-dodging action as you compete for glory...assuming you're able to survive in this 2D bullet hell where only "likes" really count.
With breakneck speed, bullet dodging action and lots of guns, you'll have to survive swarms of rabid mutants to progress and level up your contestant. Twin-stick bullet hell action will test your reflexes through each arena.

Using the Twitch chat, viewers can activate various Twitch features such as:

● Bullet Time mode for when you want those nice slow-motion moments.
