Elite Challenges Return to Conflict of Nations: World War 3! Available now on Steam.
Malta, January 20, 2025 – Dorado Games is thrilled to announce the highly anticipated return of Elite Challenges to Conflict of Nations: World War 3. This revamped feature brings a new level of depth and competitive spirit to the alliance warfare experience, offering players the ultimate battleground to prove their strategic mettle.
What Are Elite Challenges?
Elite Challenges are team-based battles where alliances face off against one another in a no-holds-barred test of skill and strategy. Unlike regular alliance challenges, Elite Challenges come with a critical twist, players must be rank 25 or above and gold usage is prohibited! To kick off the return of competitive alliance matches two challenge maps are available, the Mediterranean and Antarctica. This demanding game mode also differentiates from other matches of Conflict of Nations: World War 3 with 2X starting resources and production and the tech tree starting on day 10. This allows commanders to produce much higher army counts and utilise a more diverse range of tech.
Why Now?
Elite Challenges were previously available in Conflict of Nations, but the manual process of setting up these events became unmanageable as the community expanded. After listening to player feedback and refining our systems, we're excited to announce that Elite Challenges are back with a vengeance! Dorado Games Monetization Manager, Mark Abdilla shares he's excitement on the feature - "Our elite alliance challenges are an important facet of competitive play and our community takes these challenges very seriously. We're proud to be one of the very few games out there that actively gives players an option to completely restrict the use of premium currency in favour of serious competition. How Does It Work?
It couldn't be any easier to get involved with the action:

Challenge Creation – Alliance leaders can initiate a challenge by selecting an Elite Challenge map and inviting another alliance to compete.

Challenge Acceptance – The opposing alliance leader can choose to accept or decline the challenge.

Player Participation – Once accepted, players from both alliances use their Elite Challenge tickets to join the match. Alliances must strategize and select their top players to compete for ultimate glory.
