This is a simple walkthrough of Secret of the stars, That I tried to make
from memory. This is my first Walkthrough that I've ever written so please,
No critisisms.

Heart Island
_______________________________________________________________________
You start on an island that is shaped like a heart that has a volcano in the
center. As soon as you leave the house that you start in talk to the man
that asks you if you want a plum-plum take as many as you can before he says
that you can't have any more. Next travel east to the town of Likado.
Go to the most northeastern house in at least level 3. Talk to the cat
inbetween the two beds. Kill it then go to the most southeastern house in
town, and talk to david. Then go north to a the 2 mountains you should be
able to walk into one of them, travel to the end of the cave and stand on
the star. David should come and join you as a kustera (in a seperate party).
go to the other mountain and travel through the cave, you should end up on
the volcano, you should encounter green and yellow fences only David can go
through the green and only you can go through the Yellow. Make you're way
to the bottom of the volcano and fight the Boss. After you defeat him he
hits a switch that makes the volcano erupt. When you wake up you are on a
plane with Baron (I forgot what his name is) and david. He drops you off at
"old hill".

Bad Bad

Go west to a destroyed town, go into the house in the south-east corner of
town and go in the basement. Talk to the 3 kids and they go to the Old Hill.
Next travel south and then east to a town full of dogs. Go to the church and
fight the "Bad men". Defeat them and Tina joins you're party. Go out
the south end of town and continue into the mountain. Make you're way
through to the house at the top. Go through the house to the top floor and
fight Bad Bad. After you defeat him go under his chair and take all the
treasures. go under the other chair and you should be out of the mountain.
Go back too town and talk to the priest, he should use the dog pill to turn
the town population back to normal. In one of the eastern houses you find
another kustera called Ryu. Go into the south-western house and talk to the
man blocking the stairway, he will let you through and go to the 2 brothers
castle. Make you're way through the castle and battle the 2 brothers at the
end. Defeat The smaller one first because he heals both of them then the
other one. It helps if Tina uses slow, and fast.

Build a town
_______________________________________________________________________
You're town's population is growing so the kids tell you to go find a
carpenter (bud), and a farmer (baz). Go west until you reach a house that
is under construction and has barrels blocking the path. Talk to the Boss
then he will tell Bud to clear the barrels and go help you build a town.
Keep going east then south to a town called Giant. Talk too every body, then
one of the people says something about a town fool. Go out the entrance but
don't leave town go up to the top of town where there is a hole. Go down it
and talk to the man tell him to build a passage into Decates. Go into
Decates and into the lab of the main entrance area. Before you go into the
lab there go to the junky part of town and talk to the lady in eastern house
she says that her husband (ben) does nothing but drink in the bar. Go to the
bar and talk to the priest, he is kustera and joins you're party. Go back
to the lady and she will give you some money. If you still have a plum-plum
from the beginning of the game. Go to the house on the most southeast side
of town. He will Give you 1000$ for you plum-plum. Talk to Dynamite on the
top floor, he will give you the gravitron if you let him stay in you're town.
Then he asks you to take him to you're town, do it and then go to Giant.
Go to the big house in the northern side of town and go into the basement
where Baz is talk to him then Golam appears. Fight him. At the beginning of
the battle use the gravitron against him, he will shrink into a smaller size.
Do not underestimate him he still is hard to beat. After you beat him take
Baz back to you're village.

Cody the Lion

Now go back to Decates because they are having a carnival. Go vote for the
mayor (I don't think there is any way to vote for the younger guy) the old
man wins. Go to the mayors house and talk to the mayor, he will give you a
ticket to the circus. Go in and go to the back room. Make you're way
through the maze (the hidden item in there is the loincloth). When you
finnaly reach the magician and the talking lion he dissapears, along with the
circus. Some people say the circus was from Bonzley. Go to the bridge, but
there is no key. Go back to Giant and to the Village fool's hole. There is
a passage in the wall in which you find the man, he has the key. Go back to
the bridge and put the key in the green thing, the bridge will drop. Go
south until you find a cave go in it and down the hole. Talk to the man in
the gold and he asks for the wiskers of some thing. Go south to the Forest
that looks like a face go in the center of one of the forests and you will be
in the maze in which the monster is found. I have no idea how to explain how
to get through it on a walkthrough, all I can say is do not always try to go
towards the monster in the center. After you defeat the monster in the
center of the forest use a rat-tail to get out. Go back to the gold cave and
give the person the wiskers, the proceed throught the path that he was
blocking. Travel south to the snowy town of Bonzley. Talk to all the people
then go to the cave in the south. I don't think there is anything special
you should know about. Make you way through and you will have to fight the
ring master. His attacks are based on snow. I don't know of any way that
you can make the battle easier, except to use fast. After you beat him you
get cody but he has been turned to gold. Go back to the gold cave and have
the person turn cody back from gold, he tells you about this guy shark. Go
south and talk to him, he says that you can turn cody back by putting him on
the star in "old hill".

Leona
________________________________________________________________________
Go back to decates and go in the middle house of the northern town you are
about to fight the men there bud Leona stops you then Dram appears and takes
her. Go buy a bomb from the man next to the river in the northern part of
town (you can't see him). Then set the bomb on a thin part of the wall to
the rich person area. Go to the house in the south-eastern part of the rich
person town and go in the bed (I think that's where you go), you should drop
down to the basement where Leona is. She joins you.

3 kustera brothers

Go back to you're town and go visit baz in the northern most part of town.
When you talk to him that guy from giant tunnels in through the wall. He
made a passage to the other continent. Go through the tunnel and you will
end up on the next continent. Go east then south to Boxing town. Buy the
gloves from the weapon shop and challenge Andy. Defeat him then go further
south to Sleepy Town? (I don't know what it is called). Talk to Arther and
he picks a fight with you defeat him then go south to the next empty town.
Talk the the only person there (he doesn't fight you) and him and his two
other brothers (Andy, and Arthur) move the rocks to the south then they join
you.

The Prosperous Wise Man
________________________________________________________________________
Go south across the desert to the Oasis town, talk to everybody. Then talk
to the priest that is blocking the exit of the town then you are trapped in
the dessert. Starting at the oasis town go exactly diagonally south-east
you should end up in the real oasis town, if not repeat the process. The
real town will have that guy with the plane in it. Go south-east to Brasca.
Upon entry the town is bombed by Homnocruse. Go to the northern part of town
and fall down the well. Make you're way through the cave until you make it
to a lava part of the cave. In order not to get harmed by the lave have Cody
cast Field on the party. Then walk across the lava to a ladder, go up the
ladder to a room with a switch. Push it. The lava level will rise. Ever
time you push a switch, the lava will rise just enough for you to reach
another ladder. keep doing this until you come to a room with your 5th
Party member, the Prosperous Wise Man, Dan. His is asleep but talk to his
dad, then Dram appears, Dan's Dad fights Dram and loses then you have to
fight him. Beat him then Dan Teleports you out of the cave before Dram blows
up.

Become Aquatallion
________________________________________________________________________
In this part of the game you are supposed to go to all the shrines that you
might have found at the beginning of the game. here are the locations of
shrines: Ray, northeast of Begees. Tina, west of the cave of gold. Cody
West of Arthur's town. Leona The island north of Decates (It's Icy). Dan
Doesn't have a temple because he is a prosperous wise man not Aquatallion.
Before you start looking for the temples go back to your town and Dynamite
will have made a boat. Go bact to the place where you got the carpenters.
Behind the only thing left on the wall is the Gold Nail that you need.

The Two magic stones.
________________________________________________________________________
Go to the town that looks like easter Island. Which is way south of Begees.
Talk to the lady in the center house. She ask you to bring back the gold moi
statue that pirates stole. It's on the small island northeast of town. After
you defeat the Pirate at the end. Take the gold moi back to the lady, she is
kustera and joins you and gives you one of the two magic stones. The next
stone is on an island with only two towns. (I don't remember how to get to
it but I think it's west of the island that has Leona's temple.) Go to the
Northeastern town on the island and talk to the king. Then go to the other
town on the island and defeat Jubei, he then joins you. Go back to the
northern town and talk to the king, he gives you the other magic stone. Now
go to the area where you met Shark. He joins you then go to the pond next to
his house and sail into the green water you should fight the monster, then go
back to the lab in decates where you got the gravitron from dynamite. But
before you take the rocket to the upper land go back to the place where you
sold you're plum-plum for 1000$. Now I think he wants the gravitron for even
more money than the plum-plum. Sell it because you don't need it anymore.
Then take the rocket to DR. Ash's house in the upper land.

Booth
________________________________________________________________________
Talk to every body in town, one of the people in the houses is kustera and
she joins you. Then take Dr. Ash's instructions go across the river and
then go south and you should come upon a town. Go further south then you
will find Booth's castle. While you are in the castle be sure to take all
the treasure chests, one of them has the fire sword. (It lets you do a
combination attack on enemys refer to the back of the manual for secret of
the stars for all the combinations of attacks. Don't ask me because I lost
mine.) After you beat booth at the top of the tower return to Dr. Ash's town.

Girls only town
________________________________________________________________________
Talk to Dr. Ash and he will give you an item that allows you to take you're
boat up waterfalls. Take you ship up the waterfall north of town and ignore
the town to the west for now because you can't get in go northeast to a little
place go to the northern most part of it where the bunny girl is she will
sell you bunny girl uniforms. Buy 3. then go back to the town to the west
just before you go in have Ray, Cody and Dan equip the bunny girl stuff.
Now yo can enter, but you are taken to the queen. She asks you to defeat
that other person from Homnocruse (I don't know her name). In her castle is
the Ice sword I think, be sure to find it. After you defeat her she blows
up the entire area north of the waterfall. Talk to Ash and he will give you
a helecopter.

Homnocruse's secret lab

Talk the helecopter to an island that is surrounded by mountains. Talk to
every body. Then the bell rings and every body is called to work in lab.
Find you're way to a room with the three engines that one of the towns people
was talking about. Flip the switch on all the machines and then it blows up
you end up in decates by the lab that you couldn't origionally get to. The
mayor says that because of you Homnorcruse will now bomb Decates. So you
take him to you're town, and he throws you out and renames the the town
Decates.

Homnocruse's past

You must not worry about the town now. Go to the the Town of Hidon. It is
west of Boxing town and is surrounded by mountains so you have to take the
helicopter there. After you get there talk to everybody then go in the cave
in the northern part of town. After you get to the lab at the to push the
button on the machine somewhere in the lab. Homnocruse's creator will appear
and tell you about him.

Brisbane
________________________________________________________________________
Go to Brisbane south of heart island in you're helicopter. It should be
bombed by Homnocruse the second you enter. Go in the star in center of this
place make you're way to the bottom and fight the Boss. Then open the
treasure chests. in one of them should be the Aquitallium or something.
Go back to you're town.

Find the people to run you're town.
________________________________________________________________________
When you enter you're town the kids will attack you and tell you that they
kicked the adults out. This part of the game is optional. The Doctor for
the hospital is in Decates in the Hospital. The person that works in the
factory is in the town just before the desert. (go in the back of the church
).

Find the other 4 elements
________________________________________________________________________
this part is entirely done by the kustera. If they are not at a very high
level refer to the game genie section at the bottom of the page. This is the
part of the game where I think every one is stuck on. Take the kustera's
boat to brisbane. go in each of the stars there except the one that you were
already at. Make you're way through the maze at the bottom of each one.
Be sure to get all of the treasure chests in each of the stars. One of the
Treasure chests in each of the mazes is the element that you are looking for
after you get all the threasures in the 4 mazes. Go back to town and put
the ______onium things in the storage house. Then switch back to the
Aquatallion party and go to the strorage house, and take the Items that you
put in. Then go to the UFO, and talk to that thing that said look for the
5 elements. It should activate the UFO.

The battle agains Homnocruse's 4 minions
________________________________________________________________________
Take the UFO to Heart Island and fly down the volcano. Land and go In the
cave. This part is tricky and I don't remember clearly how to do it. Go in
the first star, which is the only one you can go in. I think you need both
the kustera and the Aquatallion for this part. Each part is the same, as
soon as you get through a maze, you fight one of Homnocruse's minions. After
you defeat his fourth minion. The Last star will open.

The Final Battle

Go into the last star, it is not a maze. It is a path that leads around a
big hole. Each time you go down a flight of stairs the hole gets smaller,
after going down a few stairs you end up on the platform surrounded by lave.
I don't remember very well but I think you are supposed to lose to the first
form of homnocruse, if not email me and I'll find out what you are supposed
to do. After you defeat the Red Homnocruse he turns into this very very
large thing. It will take a while to beat him. keep everybody's HP above
100. After you beat him you're won the game. I'm not going to say what
happens you will just have to beat the game yourself.

If you are having trouble with the game these codes should help you, but

This code will do one of two things...
1) Lots of Experience---in order to get this to work... the
game has to glitch... either before or after you've killed the
monster..it will trun them to a black splotch on the screen...
if you killed all the monsters and still have some people left
to fight yet...let them fight it out and then turn off the G
while it's glitching...then RUN! Depending on what you killed
you should get anywhere from 2000 EXP. on up.... also...1 out of
maybe 5 monsters won't let you run..then the game will freeze..
so make sure to only use this code near uncle save areas and
save often! One thing - NEVER us AUTO or SPELLS while
attacking and using the code...it's a sure way to freeza!
always manually fight the monsters!
2) Tons of GP-- If you're lucky enough Not to get the glitch..
and kill them outright, depending on what you kill.. you can
get from 700 gp up to something like 15000 gp! The monsters
around Giant gave me around 13,000 gp...and I had over 100,000
pretty quick! You'll know immediatly which one you have...
Exp. or GP when the battle will either glitch or not...also...
sometimes the code will work for all prty members...and the
Kustera tooo since it only affects god/xp...so when you get
a new party member go to Uncle save..save your game...then
use it to go out and level them up fast!

1) How do I create unity magic, and what magic combines?
I don't remember all the unity magic but here's some. Remember you have to
have the characters in either banalet, or aquatallion.
Ray, Tina fire 1/ ice 1
Tina, Cody ice 2/ storm 2
Cody, Leona storm 3/ bolt 2
anybody, Ray fire sword/ fire 1
anybody, Tina Ice sword/ Ice 1
anybody, Leona Bolt sword/ bolt 1
Tina, Ray, Cody, Leona fire 3/ ice 3/ storm 3/ bolt 3
These are some unity magics, there are more in the manual for this game. Some
of these might not work because I might have gotten the level of the spells
wrong. If anybody has a manual, can you please send me the list of unity magic
at the end of the book.
2) Where is the red fountain?
If you remember at the begining of the game when you first became a
penton, you should remember that there was a door behind the star. The red
fountain is behind that door. It's in one of the two mountains to the north
east of the volcano on heart island.
3) Is there a map for the upper continent?
There is no map that I know of for the upper continent, it is so small they
probably didn't think people needed one.
4) Do you have to build the Kustera experience up, or do you not have
to use them if you don't want to?
You will eventually have to use them to get 4 elements that are needed to
get the UFO.
5) I'm having trouble beating the Golem to get to baz, what should I
do to make it easier?
First you should have Ray, and Tina at least at level 12 or 13, and make
sure you have gotten the machine from Dynamite to make him small.
6) What do I do with the Irodium?
It is needed much later in the game to get the UFO.
7) I'm at where you talk to everyone in town and a bell rings and you
get into the lab. I've talked to everyone in town at least three times and
it hasn't rung the bell. What am I doing wrong?
You have to talk to every person, there are some people that come to the
town after you leave.
8) Where is dr. Ash?
He is on the upper continent in the first house you go to.
