PLAYING AS SUPER TURBO AKUMA (REAL METHOD):
It seems that Super Turbo Akuma is accessible via a code on the character
select screen. Nolonger does it need an Action Replay for it to be
accessible.
Access any mode...
Go to Akuma...
Press SELECT...
Move down to Adon, right to Chun Li, right to Guy,
down to Rolento, left to Sakura, down to Rose, left to
Birdie, down to Akuma, right to M. Bison, right to
Dan, right to Akuma
(Akuma, Adon, Chun Li, Guy, Rolento, Sakura, Rose,
Birdie, Akuma, Bison, Dan, Akuma)...
Hold SELECT and press any button (PUNCH or
KICK).
GETTING SUPER TURBO AKUMA THE NEXT TIME:
OK! Once the code above to get Super Turbo Akuma is done, all you need to
do to get him again is the following.
YES! Even though in a 2P game, once the 1P gets the code, the 2P can use
this code to get him, and it's much, much easier. Hmm...
Enter the Super Turbo Akuma code above...
Win or lose the whole game...
Return to the Character Select screen...
Hold SELECT for about 5 seconds...
Press button to select Super Turbo Akuma Color.
Day-Glo Vega and All-white Dhalsim:
Enter training mode and do a teleport move. Pause the game in mid-warp,
then go
to the menu and select a normal game as Vega or Dhalsim.

Original Zangief Introduction:
For Zangief's original arcade intro, hold Select before the bout begins.
This only works in versus or training mode.

Secret Stage:
To fight in Sagat or M.Bison's secret stage, highlight either Sagat or
M.Bison
then hold Start for 5 seconds.
Super Akuma:
Highlight Akuma, press and release Select. Then press Down, Right, Right,
Down,
Left, Down, Left, Down, Right, Right, Right. You should end up on Akuma
again.
Hold Select and press any button. When the fight starts, there should be a
sign
on top of Akuma and he'll look black for a second.

Against Shin Akuma (Gouki) :
Begin a game in arcade mode. Then, fight seven matches without losing a
round or using a continue, and get more than three perfect victories.
Then, Akuma (Gouki) will appear before the eighth match as a Boss. Note:
He will not appear again if you lose to him.
Play as Shin Akuma (Gouki):
At the character selection screen, highlight Akuma (Gouki). Then, hold
Select and press Down, Right(2), Down, Left, Down, Left, Down, Right(3).
Now press a button to choose, then release Select. When the fight begins,
a sign will appear on top of Akuma (Gouki), and he will look black for an
instant. To access this character easier in the future, win or lose the
whole game. Return to the character select screen. Highlight Akuma (Gouki)
and hold Select for five seconds. Press a button to select a color for
Super Akuma.
Play as Chun Li in her Street Fighter 2 Outfit:
At the character selection screen, highlight Chun Li and hold Select for
five seconds. Then, press a button to choose, then release Select.
Fight other Bosses:
Do not lose a round, and win five or more rounds with Super Combo or
Custom Combo finishes. Then after the fifth win, a different boss
character will appear.
Original Zangief Introduction:
Before the fight begins in versus or training mode, hold Select.
Sagat's or M. Bison's (Vega's) Secret Stage:
At the character selection screen, highlight Sagat or M. Bison (Vega) and
hold Start for five seconds.
Altered Vega and Dhalsim Colors:
Enter training mode and execute a teleport move. Then, pause the game
during the warp, go to the main menu and select a normal game as Vega or
Dhalsim.
Fighter's Color Selection:
Each fighter has at least four colors. The first color is selected by
pressing a punch key, the second color is select by pressing a kick key,
the third color is selected by pressing two punch keys together, and the
fourth color is selected by pressing two kick keys together.
Winning Poses:
After defeating your opponent and before the knock out symbol appears,
hold Select and press one of the six punch or kick buttons.
Reset Game:
At any time except when the game is loading, hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 +
Select and press Start.
Winning Poses:
After defeating an opponent, but before the K.O. symbol appears, press and
hold
select, then one of the punch or kick button. (Not all characters will
have six
winning poses.)

ACCESS AUTO COLORS IN ARCADE MODE USING MANUAL OPTION: YUP! You can
access the Auto Colors in the Arcade Mode for this game, but still play
as Manual! Here's how...
Access Arcade Mode...
Pick any character...
Finish the game with that character...
Access Arcade Mode again...
Choose character by pressing either JAB+SHORT
(LP+LK) or FIERCE+ROUNDHOUSE (HP+HK)...
You'll get the Auto Colors, but you can still use
Manual Guard.
