Since I cleared up my other four FAQs, I decided to make this one. Actually
I intended to make this long ago, but managing 5 FAQs at a time is a pain. I
hope this will help you. If it doesn't, take a look at Yergin's FAQ. It's
excellent and far better than mine.

Surveillance Tip Off
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
Get in the car and then go east and turn left. Follow this road to the end
and turn left. Then make the first right. Follow this road and make the
first left, then make a quick right. Go around the bend and turn right. Go
on this road until it starts to bend. Then make your first right. Follow
this road and make another right. Stop next to Jone's car and get in it.
Good Job!
Chase The Witness
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
As soon as you start, burnout and go between the telephone poles and the one
building. All you have to do is chase him. Stay behind him for the whole
time and you'll do fine. When the remaining time is around 9 secs, a
cutscene will appear showing the man escaping onto a train.
Train Pursuit
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
This level isn't that easy. You have to keep up with the train that the
witness got onto. Usually you can go right under the tracks and follow the
train. If you can't, then go onto the road and follow the yellow line on
your radar. When the train comes to a crossing point, slow down if you're
right up with it. See what way it turns and then follow it again. At the
end, get out of your car and run up the platform. Well done, you made it!
Tailing The Drop
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
All you have to do is follow a guy. This is easier than level 2 because in
this one, you're tailing him, not chasing him. Watch you're proximity
marker. When it's red, it means either catch up or lay off him. If it's
green, you're in a safe spot. Watch the corners because when he goes around
them, you will be seen by him. Eventually he will lead you to into a
warehouse.
Escape To Safehouse
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
Just follow the shadowed area all the way back to your safehouse. Also, you
have to lose the cops before you get there, so hurry up. If your felony is
too high, lose the cops and (hi)jack another car.
Chase The Intruder
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
Take the car and follow him. Instead of taking the road, go through the
grass ahead of you. Then hang on for your life. This guy, Jericho, is hard
to keep up with. Just try your best and eventually you'll end up in a ware-
house, Caine's Compound.
Caine's Compound
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
This will be tough. I will try to give you detailed instructions. Get in a
car and blast out of here. Make a U-turn to the right. Go down and make a
right then a U-turn to the left. Go right and out the warehouse right.
Follow this road and swerve to the right then left. Go staight and bear to
the right until you're in another warehouse. Go right around the van. Turn
left then right. Follow this road down and go around the van to the right.
Turn left and bear to the right and go through a narrow road. Continue going
forward and turn left and then turn right into another warehouse. Go across
the street and past the second fence and turn left. Then turn right into a
passageway. Go around the silver van to the left and then turn right. Bear
right and go into a narrow passage way. Go to the right and then left three
times. When you're on the street, go all the way down (trying to avoid the
van) and make a U-turn to the right. Go in and out the warehouse and turn
right after the second building, then turn left. Follow this down and go
through the narrow entrance near the street. Go through two warehouses and
go around the building to the back. You'll see an opening into a warehouse.
Go into it and turn left then turn right and go over the bridge.
Leaving Chicago
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
You have to get to the train station before it leaves on you. Use all your
skills to outrun cops and to avoid traffic. This might prove difficult since
it's nighttime. Just do your best and you'll never see Chicago again.
