If you're using this for anything besides non-profit, mail me or I will be
Seriously Upset.
Secondly, this FAQ is basically nothing more than a few hints of my own and
massive amounts of information gleaned from various Japanese homepages
dedicated to this game. Heartfelt thanks goes to the people from which I've
gotten this info. ^_^
And yes, there's a lot of JIS\EUC encoding here. Either go to
http://www.njstar.com for a good viewer or convert this to HTML and run it
through Shoudouka. (http://www.shoudouka.com)
******
1. How to gain Loyalty :
There are five basic types of personalites (which can be changed with items)
Friendly, Cunning, Dumb, Cold, and Fierce. Increase a Friendly monster's
Loyalty by using healing magic and defending, Fierce ones by attacking
normally, (no magic) and Cunning by using magic.
For Dumb and Cold...not much info. I've found that using a combination of
normal attacks and magic seems to work, though.
Once a monster has reached about 5 in it's Loyalty, you shouldn't have much
trouble with it disobeying commands.
2. The Sea Ark building.
Found in the Tenkai Bay, this building will become integral to gameplay
later on. What it basically is is a repository for all the normal monsters
in the game, which become progressively more powerful as you get to higher
floors, determined by your level. Low level means lower floors and
correspondingly, worse monsters. The elevator on floor two will get you up
without too much trouble. There are stairs on each even-numbered floor as
well, but none on odd ones, so the only way to get higher is the 'vator.
A Terminal and Heal Spot in the Lobby makes things a bit easier.
I'm sure you can see the possibities. This place makes a lot of monster
combinations easier, helps you get that last one you missed way back 2
dungeons ago etc...combined with the Copernicus Trick, (see number 8 right
at the bottom of the FAQ) that Demon King seems much closer that it was
before.
The list of monsters which appear on each floor : (up till seven at least)

3. Certain monsters can be transformed into items when their Loyalty is 5 or
higher - the list is here.
Because I'm too lazy to go down through the list and change each entry (^_^)
I've summarized the most important item effects here. The other effects
aren't too important.
`N|b (Chakra Pot) = Full MP Recovery
¡i^̽xðÅåÉ·é = Maxes out monster Loyalty
UFUU@½ 44 = First number is Power and the next, Accuracy.

4. Now, about ä°. These creatures will increase a given monster's stats when
combined with it - it will stay the same monster, though. The list of what
increases what and how to combine each individual one is here :

7. There are also secret monsters combinations. Most of this is info obtainable
from the Pet Shop in trades.
During the New Moon, combine the following types of monsters to get Wild
Gods.
ulvu_vué_vuÐì
Light and Dark versions of the below for Secret Gods.
u_vujó_vunê_vu¤vu×_vu
These get you War Spirits, also during the New Moon.
ulvu_vujó_vunê_vu¤vu×_vu
Full Moon for these, though, to get Special Beasts.

8. The Copernicus Trick.
Listen up, ladies and gentlemen, because this is dammably useful. ^_^
First, get the Copernicus Module from the Pet Shop. It's from the person who
wants specific monsters (the Goddess Fortuna, in this instance) - last
choice. Then, add the Arubato Module to your COMP and save.
These two working together will ensure a 99% Accident rate with monster
combinations - believe me, this is a good thing. Go out and start combining
(it works better when you have a large monster base to begin with) You'll
get a lot of duds (sucky monsters) but if you get lucky, Great Angels, Demon
Gods, Death Gods and all sorts of cool stuff becomes a distinct possibility.
The summoning limit of the monster levels is yours plus five, so a high level
helps.
This will allow you to make a VERY powerful party, especially since the
above types of monsters usually are mighty hard to obtain normally due to
their extreme power. Best thing is, you usually will get one after only
7-10 combinations - not too long a wait IMHO.
9. And finally, to round things off, a complete Monster List :
