Creating Godlike Heroes
"Warlords: Battlecry II"
Creating Godlike Heroes, Version 1.01
_______________________________________________________________________________
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Author: Trigin (trigintillion@yahoo.com)

Notes:

To create a hero who is strong enough to defeat even the toughest titan, update
(or downgrade) Warlords: Battecry II to version 1.02. Two sites that still host
this patch (version 1.02) are:

http://www.gamenavigator.ru/files/file1898.html

http://www.3dnews.ru/download/patches/warlords_battlecry2/

Next, the trainer, AnonTrainer's +7 Trainer, is required. To get it, go to
Google.com, & search for "AnonTrainer's +7 trainer" (without the apostrophes).

(If you have problems obtaining either the patch or trainer, E-mail me, & I
will send it/them to you.)

With having both aquired the patch & trainer, now play the game for a while, &
raise the destined hero, who is to be made godlike, to level 36. (Use an XP map
to speed up the process.) Also, unless the hero requires a special "Hero Abil-
ity" to use his/her "Hero Spells" (e.g.: the Barbarian: Barbarian requires
"Shaman" in Hero Ability to unlock "Nature" in his/her Hero Spells), do not in-
crease the ability points for the hero from levels 4 ~ 36, especially "Train-
ing"; increasing it for even a select few additional Ability Points for the
following levels will actually DECREASE the maximum points to be used at level
36.

When at level 36, have ready AnonTrainer's +7 Trainer. With it, do not give
the hero more than 1,000 Ability Points to allocate at a time (e.g.: use up
all the 1,000 points given by the trainer by pressing ALT+9 twice, & then get
another 1,000 points to use up, etc.); giving the hero more than 1,000 points
can cause the game's software to determine that cheating is taking place, & re-
set the hero's stats to 1 after having finished leveling up.

Other things to look out for are: a hero can not have more than 2,040 HP or
more than 99 speed. With 2,040+ HP, a hero will die from a single hit. (Actual-
ly, when hit, his/her HP will dip into the negatives [e.g.: -2,050 HP], &
he/she will stand in place until the HP increases to 0, & the hero dies.) As
for speed, 100 or more* will drop a hero's melee to -100 (or less), & it will
take f-o-r-e-v-e-r (about half a minute) for him/her to attack anything just
once.

*: Only with items, having +1 ~ +6 speed bonuses equipped is it possible to go
beyond 100 speed.

Now knowing about the limits & boundaries to creating a godlike hero, use the
information below to create a hero equal to the statistics given.

HERO STATISTICS

Increase them all to...

Strength: 35
Dexterity: 25
Intelligence: 10
Charisma: 15
___

HERO ABILITIES

Select them all. (Remember, if the hero requires an ability to use a Hero
Spell, select it before level 36. In this case, select "Shaman" before level
36.)
___

HERO SPELLS

Select all Nature spells. For Nature, increase the AP beside Casting Skill to
"(20 AP)" for 100% accuracy.
___

HERO SKILLS

This is the part in which to cheat last. Increasing just one of these points
higher than what is listed below will cause the game to determine cheating is
taking place, & reduce the hero's stats to 1 after having finished leveling up.

With the hero's Hero Statistics at their maximum, Hero Abilities & Hero Spells
all selected & all his/her spells Casting Skill at 100% accuracy, the hero's
Hero Skills will be -

Combat: 70
Health: 60
Speed: 59
Command: 30
Morale: 40
Magery: 20
Resistance: 35 (58 in this ability = 8 Armor in everything without items for
the Barbarian: Barbarian. 8 Armor is the maximum.)
Training: 45
Conversion: 50
Merchant: 25

- even though they will not yet show as such; nevertheless, they are. Now, in-
crease the Hero Skills by as much as 166 points. An example would be:

Combat: +29 points
Health: +32 points
Speed: +16 points
Magery: +22 points
Resistance: +23 points (Using more than +23 would be wasting points.)
Conversion: +44 points

Again, remember, if the game shows that the hero has a 10 in Combat, Health,
etc. after maximizing the Hero Statistics, Hero Abilities & Hero Spells, he/she
has actually a higher number, as they are displayed above in Hero Skills. The
true Hero Skills will not appear until having finished leveling up. For ex-
ample, if you want to set your hero's Combat at 99 - the maximum number in Hero
Skills - don't increase it to the actual number, or you will be wasting points.
Instead, calculate how many more points are needed with the actual statistics
displayed above in Hero Skills.

Thereafter, increase the hero to level 50 if you want; however, do not try to
increase another point in Hero Skills if the maximum amount (166) has all been
used. Also, a glitch that sometimes happens after creating a godlike hero like
this is that "Morale" will be at 500 or more. Not that this is a bad thing, but
it can be simply fixed by unequipping & reequipping the hero's items.

all selected & all his/her spells' Casting Skills at 100% accuracy, the hero's
Hero Skills will be -

Combat: 30
Health: 35
Speed: 40
Command: 27
Morale: 30
Magery: 60
Resistance: 50
Training: 45
Conversion: 25
Merchant: 33

- even though they will not yet show as such; nevertheless, they are. Now, in-
crease the Hero Skills by as much as 225 points. An example would be:

Combat: +69 points
Health: +57 points
Resistance: +49 points
Conversion: +50 points

Thereafter, increase the hero to level 50 if you want; however, do not try to
increase another point in Hero Skills if the maximum amount (225) has all been
used. Also, a glitch that sometimes happens after creating a godlike hero like
this is that "Morale" will be at 500 or more. Not that this is a bad thing, but
it can be simply fixed by unequipping & reequipping the hero's items.

HERO STATISTICS

Increase them all to...

Strength: 15
Dexterity: 30
Intelligence: 20
Charisma: 15
___

HERO ABILITIES

Select them all. (Remember, if the hero requires an ability to use a Hero
Spell, select it before level 36. In this case, select "Drudic Magic" & "Dis-
guise" before level 36.)
___

HERO SPELLS

Select all Nature & Illusion spells.

-For Nature, increase the AP beside Casting Skill to "(21 AP)" for 100%
accuracy.
-For Illusion, increase the AP beside Casting Skill to "(24 AP)" for 100%
accuracy.
___

HERO SKILLS

This is the part in which to cheat last. Increasing just one of these points
higher than what is listed below will cause the game to determine cheating is
taking place, & reduce the hero's stats to 1 after having finished leveling up.

With the hero's Hero Statistics at their maximum, Hero Abilities & Hero Spells
all selected & all his/her spells' Casting Skills at 100% accuracy, the hero's
Hero Skills will be -

Combat: 31
Health: 45
Speed: 60
Command: 30
Morale: 45
Magery: 40
Resistance: 50
Training: 35
Conversion: 30
Merchant: 41

- even though they will not yet show as such; nevertheless, they are. Now, in-
crease the Hero Skills by as much as 194 points. An example would be:

Combat: +50
Health: +47
Command: +8
Resistance: +49
Conversion: +40

Again, remember, if the game shows that the hero has a 10 in Combat, Health,
etc. after maximizing the Hero Statistics, Hero Abilities & Hero Spells, he/she
has actually a higher number, as they are displayed above in Hero Skills. The
true Hero Skills will not appear until having finished leveling up. For ex-

Maps:

XP Map - Hero
http://www.freewebs.com/trigin/wbc2/_xp_world_hero.ZIP

Here is a map I made a looong time ago, that makes the process of gaining XP a
little easier for a hero. Use it & just run around checking out treasure
chests; your allies will take care of the enemies, except for two who are weak
& stuck in a castle. Wait for the Summoner, who is at the top, near the right
of the map to raise his mana to 65 (65/100) before killing the last two en-
emies. By waiting, the hero will get the maximum amount of XP gained for the
battle. Also one last thing, select "I Am The Greatest" in More Options before
going into battle, for an extra 40 ~ 80 XP. To use this map, download & unzip
the file, _XP World - Hero.scn, & put it in the folder, Scenario, which is in
the folders, My Documents\Warlords Battlecry II.

XP Map - Generals:

as quickly as possible. To use this map, download & unzip the file, _XP World -
General.scn, & put it in the folder, Scenario, which is in the folders, My
Documents\Warlords Battlecry II.

Items:

The XP Set
http://www.freewebs.com/trigin/wbc2/jaquio.ZIP

With the XP Set (Sirian's Breastplate, Sirian's Greatsword & Sirian's Shield)
equipped, a hero can gain double the amount of XP normally received after a
battle. To use the XP Set, create a character (any character) & name him/her
"Jaquio," & then exit Warlords: Battlecry II. Next, download & unzip the file,
Jaquio.wb2, & put it in the folder, Saved Games, which is in the folders, My
Documents\Warlords Battlecry II. Now begin Warlords: Battlecry II, & when se-
lecting Jaquio, click the icon (CD), "Load a saved game." After selecting
everything for battle, the battle will begin with you in control of the hero,
Jaquio, who is equipped with the XP Set, & a horde of Daemons. Plow through the
enemies, & when the battle is over, the hero, Jaquio, will overwrite the newly
created, Jaquio. To give the XP Set to another hero, play a Multiplayer game
with the hero, Jaquio, & another hero. (A second computer, a LAN cable & a
backup or second copy or Warlords: Battlecry II are required for a Multiplayer
game.)
