To get all cars without scoring any points enter "MAGIC23" as a player name.

Mad driver:
Choose a Single Race, select your car and track. Now press and hold down R1 + R2 + L1 + L2 until Qualify Race. The car should start to skid and turn, press and hold either R1 or L1 to change from reverse to forward.

Select a Championship Race and select your car as normal, press and hold R1 + R2 + L1 + L2 + START, when the game starts it should be in Pause Mode, now just sit back and listen to all of the commentary from the game.
