Ver 1.0: Started my FAQ. I will be concentrating more on the monster/seed list. It is still small
but hopefully this FAQ will be very complete in time to come.

1 . BASIC CONTROLS
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1.1 Using the Controller:
MonsterSeed is Analog Joypad Compatible. So you can use your analog controller to move
around. But note that you can only EITHER use analog setting or the non-analog setting.
Controls:-
X : Action/Confirm
Round : Used in the Seed/Monster menu to see it's Efficacy.
Triangle: To cancel actions
Square : Used to do multiple selection of Solutions during hatching
1.2 Combat Controls:
During combat, when it is your turn, you will be given space to move according to your
frames points. Note that the red spaces are spaces for you to run away.
Press X to confirm the movement and a menu will pop out:-
Attack : Daniel attacks using his moves. Another menu will pop out which is his moves
menu
Standby : Daniel will just stand there.
Call : Another menu will emerge. This menu is a list of all your available monsters.
Choose your monster and choose the place where you will summon it. Summoning
takes time according to the calling factor of your monster. Note that you
can only call 3 monsters. If you call more, the extra monster will be
unsummoned
Directions: After your monster emerges in combat, you will give it a general direction. To
change this during combat, use this command. A menu will pop out:-
Attack : Tells your monster to attack
Defense : Tells your monster to attack with caution
Suicide : Tells your monster to attack relentlessly
Assistance: Tells your monster to use assisting spells/abilities during
combat
Return
Recovery : This is used to recover/unsummon your monsters during combat.
Item : Use an item during combat
Status : This is used to look at your status or monster status during combat
Map : Use this to explore the combat region.
NOTE: your monster will not have this commands, when it is their turn, they will move
according to your general directions and also their behaviour.

2 . WALKTHROUGH
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
2.1 Journey To Len Bal
Daniel is on his way to Len Bal. But on the way, he accidentally overhears a conversation
between Murdoch and Dryden. Because of this, he was caught listening and attacked. This is
a battle that you will lose no matter how hard you try. Just try to get use to the basic
combat controls.
2.2 A Job
Daniel wakes up in Kal's house. Her grandfather, Wolf, saved you. After some talking, you
find out that you can find a job if you go and see the Town Chief. Wolf leaves and Kal says
that she would like to get her hands on a book called "Odyu - Book 3". Go out of the house
and you will be challenged by 2 monsters, Uru and Acorn, for some reason. This is a very
easy battle, just attack using Daniel's Tornado Uppercut.
Continue your journey and you will see an old man walking around in the Town Plaza.He tells
you that if you defeat all low level opponents in the Arena, you can get a job. He will
also give you some seeds and some normal solutions. You will also get some money.
Go to the Soulin Fighting Monster,Item Store and hatch some seeds(see Section 3.1 for
details). Also you can buy some items in Morgan Department Store if you wish. When you are
ready, go to the Arena and defeat all level E enemies(you can exit and rest in the White
Armor Inn in between matches if you wish). After defeating the enemies, go and speak to the
Town Chief again. The Town Chief says that you have to save a merchant,Mao, from the Bal's
Fortress.
2.3 Bal's Fortress
Before I go on, I would just like to say that some rooms that you go into has a possibility
of an encounter and also some rooms contain random treasure every time you have rested and
made your way into Bal's Fortress. I will just give details on some important things to
look out for. There are also traps which are easy to avoid, just look out.
When you enter the fortress, there are 2 passages. To the right is a room(there might be
treasure(s)). Take the left one and keep going till you reach a place with 3 routes. To the
right is a library. Get "Odyu - Book 3" from the bookshelf. Go back out and take the left
passage(you can take the top passage over the stairs to get some encounters and treasure).
There is a room with a locked door. Investigate it and exit Bal's Fortress. Go back to Kal
and give her the book. She says she also wants a Blue Necklace.
Go into Bal's Fortress again into the same room and you will be challenged by the first boss
of the game.
Keri:-
He is quite tough and you have to acquire some powerful monster before you decide to go
against him. Like you, he can summon 3 monsters unlike the low level opponents. Also the
space to fight is quite tight and using the wrong strategies will work against you. Try to
lure his monsters out into the wider space.
After defeating Keri, you will get a key. You can now open the locked door. Follow the passge
(it is almost straight forward from here), and you will be challenged by another boss:-
This boss has already a tough monster with him. Make sure you call a monster which can heal
such as a Porschka. Try to summon some creatures with powerful battling offensive stats and
a good life force.
Continue on and you will be faced by the final boss of the mission,Tyson, just before the
prison.
Tyson:-
Another tough one. But just try to use brute force. Tyson is more tougher than any ruler you
have faced. He has quite a high defence so I would recommend a Noot here to lower his stats.
After defeating Tyson, go into the prison and you will see Mao in on of the cells. Try to
talk to him and he will ignore you. Go to the other door in the corner and investigate the
lever. Pull the lever to release Mao. Go back inside and Mao will greet you. He will also
give you some "Dark Seeds".

3 . MONSTER/SEED LIST

3.1 How to Hatch
Go to the Soulin Fighting Monster,Item Store and talk to the person in charge. Tell her
that you want to do some "Hatching".
Next choose the seed you want to hatch. Then choose the solution(s) you want to add in. Note
that you can choose to put in more than one solution. After that, choose the temperature
to hatch. The list of monster and temperature is as below(Section 3.2).
3.2 This is a list of the monsters that are hatched from appropriate temperature and seed.
During gameplay, you can press SELECT to open the monster/seed book to refer. The list is
as follows:-
