What's complete: a whole lot of NOTHING. One thing I CAN NOT do well
is outright guess moves in fighting games... although I have about
30 for the PSX, and have played well over a hundred easily.. go fig. -_-
Well, it makes life easier for me.. pbbt.
And question: would it be more reveleant for me to list where to block
(high/mid/low/ground/unblockable) rather then any possible blocking
points for precanned strings? I could only guess at blocking heights
(unless i went into 2P VS mode.. bagalk)
And the characters don't have all of the same moves.. i just call them
clones to be bitter. The notation probably isn't 100% correct though.

b.l - Body Length (in widths of characters.. heh)
launcher - Lauches person in air for air juggle
knockback - Knocks back person hard
counter - Only works if attacked (in certain area sometimes)
rg. dep. - Range dependant
stun - Makes person stagger back.. they're stunned. may knockdown
hold - Uh... it holds the person
throw - Uh... throws the person. escaped by p, k, or c (usually)
laydown - Lays player down on ground (like you were knocked down)
oor - Out of range
inf. loop - Infinte loop: contintue until escape or KO
ground - Enemy on ground
adm - Abdomen damage
turnaround - Turns player around
turned around - when turned around
behind - when behind opponent
running - when running
shift right - when shifting to the opponents right
shift left - when shifting to the opponents left
face up - when facing up
360cc - do b, db, d, df, f, uf, u, ub, b on the controller
If this makes your head spin, don't worry about it too much. Just refer
to it if something in the move charts is confusing or unreadable.
Format: command - name - damage - command point where it is NOT a combo
(on ground, assuming no counters)... other notes stored here too. Lemme
put it this way... if there is nothing after the damage, if the first
move hits, the rest -should-. And it's after what -motion-, not after
what -hit-.
Precursors and Prerequsites
If a move has a number AFTER the name, it is a precursor.
All moves with this number BEFORE their name are done after this move.
Usually they do not combo into each other..
Damage Notes:
People have 100 points of damage. All damage points assume no
counter bonus, of which i have no clue as to what that is.
My best guess is +25% bonus for counter damage
+25% bonus for back damage (varies as person is to side)
That is only a guess... I don't know the exact values for each thing.
Quick Blocking Notes:
If you block early for an attack, you will fully dodge it. No damage
will be incured, and you will recover quickly. If you block late for
an attack, but still block on time, you will actually -block- it
(deflect it with your arms or whatnot), grey smoke will show up, and
you won't recover as quickly. If you block high for a low attack,
you usually stagger to the side. Very odd indeed.

To get Zhou: Once you have finished Normal Mode with all of the main
characters (the original nine) at least once, finish
Normal Mode with any main character (any character that
is part of the original nine).
To get Kaiya: Once you have finished Normal Mode with all of the main
characters (the original nine) at least once, finish
Normal Mode with any sub character (any character that
you won).
To get Jelly/Billy: Finish Normal Mode with Kaiya.
To get Kazane: Finish Normal Mode with Zhou.

If you ever played a good deal of Virtua Fighter or Tekken (or any
of their vast devirations and sequals), one of the first things
you learn is the proper mechanics of getting up. ie: You don't
roll left/right/back/forward or attack while getting up unless
you have a damn good reason to. Or else you get knocked back down
quickly. Rinse, wash, repeat.
Whoever programmed Kensei's AI never realized this.
To cut it short: the computer will -almost- always attack when
it gets up after a knockdown (~95% of all attacks are low, if you
are keeping score at home.) What you need to do is hit them with
anything that will knock them down, and time a knockback move so
that you don't get hit when they get up... but they get hit (and
knocked back, and down.) Rinse. Wash. Repeat.
Silly Stuff:
Hit R2 when you have the game paused. The pause window disappears.
Hit it again to bring it back up. I thought i hung the game 5-6
times in the pausemenu before figuring this out. Doh.
