"HELL GATE"
This is the first time I have ever conducted a Walkthrough, so if there are any things missing
which I don't know much about, which you feel I can be informed from yours, I hope you don't
hesitate to email me.
O.K! This is a Walkthrough to help you out in the 100 Levels of the Hell Gate, which you can get
by reading the Warren report about a Freak explosion, which will be available after conquering
the Fiduc Castel but before the Banisha Castel (where you get Kachua back) in Chapter Four.
The main object is to get the eight Dragon Magic's:
ASTEROID: Call a meteorite from the sky and gives all enemies damage.
MP: 80 Target: Infinite
SNAPSHOT: Turns the user body into a sword. The higher the user's ability, the better the sword
becomes.
MP: 0 Target: Infinite
RETISSUE: Changes an undead character into an amazon or soldier.
MP: 70 Target: Infinite
MUTE: Turn the water in the air into ice and gives all enemies damage.
MP: 80 Target: Infinite
DOMINION: Stop the count of WT for a certain time.
MP: 70 Target: 6
TEMPEST: Summon a storm and call down lightning bolts. Gives all enemies damage.
MP: 80 Target: Infinite
ENTIFY: Gives away the user's soul and calls back a dead soul instead.
MP: 70 Target: Infinite
WIPE OUT: Call down a rain of fire. Gives all enemies damage.
MP: 80 Target: Infinite
The eight Secret Techniques of King Roderick:
FUDO: Gives damage with the user's ability.
Requires any Sword.
FIREWAVE: Turn mental power into fire.
Requires any Axe, Spear, Claw or Hammer.
MEGABOLT: Turn mental power into lightning.
Requires any Axe, Spear, Claw or Hammer.
RAGE: Turn the user's fist power into direct damage.
Requires any indirect weapon
DRACUL: Enhance the power of a weapon.
Requires any Sword.
RELIC: Turn enemies into stone.
Requires any Axe, Spear, Claw or Hammer.
SOULWAVE: Decrease the HP\MAX of the enemy.
Requires any Axe, Spear, Claw or Hammer.
RAMPOWER: Make the target move a step away.
Requires any Axe, Spear, Claw or Hammer.
The FIRECREST: A red crest sealed in a Divine Dragon's soul.
Evidence of a true warrior. The ultimate gem.

In order to get the FIRECREST, you need to fulfill 3 requirements:
1) Beat Nybbas in the Last Level of the Hell Gate.
2) Read about the report on FireCrest from Warren.
3) Have with you the FOUR Wind weapons forged by the Gods.
(Get them when you kill guardians in the Hell Gate).
The four items are:
NOTOS SWORD
BOLEAS AXE
EROS HAMMER
ZEPYULOS LANCE
Then go back to the Hell Gate. The last guy has the crest.
Now this is a description of what you will find in the levels of the Hell Gate:
B1: Boss Falfadet
B2: Guest Radlum (Warlock), he has the Wipe Out Dragon Magic.
Skull - (helmet) A dark road instrament
B3: Find the secret door in the upper left part of the room before killing the Boss.
B4: Boss Nybbas (Sorcerer) Items you get: Earth Spear (STR+34), Hero Spear (STR+31).
B6: Fudo (Special Power)
Blue (Dragon Slayer Sword) (STR+31) I had to get the lizard Man to join me to get it.
B9: Holy boots
B12: Heavy Axe (STR+45)
B13: Four Guardians: Boleas Axe (See NOTE1)
B15: Ogre Armor (The BEST Armor in the game)
Unicorn Spear (STR+42) I think it's an evil type of spear.
B17: FireWave (Special Power)
B18: Power Hammer (STR+44) I think it has a special power.
B24: Zombie Boots
B25: Boss Vepar (Searzist) Items you get: Holy Robe, Wind Staff, Light Helmet,
Starion (Holy Attack Magic) MP: 60 Target: Infinite
B26: Star Bow
B27: Tempest (Dragon Magic)
B28: Ogre Helmet
B29: Warrior Helmet
B31: MegaBolt (Secret Power)
B32: Blood Whip (The BEST Whip in the game)
B36: Rune Axe
B37: Evil Ring
B38: Four Guardians: Notos Blade (See NOTE1)
Paragun (STR+16) It can put most enemys to sleep.
B42: Rage (Special Power)
B43: Dominion (Dragon Magic)

B50: Boss Belzbute (Demon) Spell you get: Death (Dark Attack Magic) MP: 60 Target: Infinite

Oricon (STR+45) If you use it as an item, you can cast jihad.

B94: Dark Bow (STR+34) It somtimes stones the enemy it just hit.
B96: SnapShot (Dragon Magic)
B97: Angel Armor (One of the BEST Armors in the game)
B99: Ogre Sword (Duh!)
Last Level: Boss Nybbas (Lich) Lv.40 (I was expecting Asmodeus, though)

of course it's all random like the other items.
B5: heal all (magic)

B10: Folcharm (necklace) lets you pray to the fire goddess Zoshnell for
1 Exp! also their is one each for the other three Goddess.

NOTE1: The level in which you'll find the Guardians is completely RANDOM, so don't expect
to find them always here. You need the find them FOUR times in order to get the FOUR weapons.
Also I don't think you can meet them the four times in just one trip, you need to come back
at least one time so... GOOD LUCK!
NOTE2: You need to kill the enemies in order to get the items of each level, so don't waste time
"searching" or "burning" for them. Also I'm still not sure if they'll appear in the same level
all the time, but at least it'll give you an idea of what you'll find.
