I. Introduction
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Technomage is a game where you need to solve a lot of puzzles (and I
mean a whole lot of it!), run errands and killing enemies. Sounds like
a typical game??
This game can lead players to frustrations and a lot of annoyment when
some puzzles seems to be impossible to solve or when you've almost
spent a lot of time trying to find something or someone or keeps on
falling when trying to reach gaps when jumping but hey this Walkthrough
will take care of it for you.
In each area contains a Quest Log which lists of errands or task you
have to perform. The game requires a lot of patience and time to
complete oh! and a lot of those red potions. Finishing a task gives
you the greatest boost on exp. Yeah I mean greatest, because slashing
enemies won't raise your exp. that fast and there are a limited number
of enemies to slash in a room meaning it is really hard for leveling
up. Another thing is the Item Shops and weapons. You won't be needing
money to buy weapons you'll just pick them up as the game progress. And
the Item shops are way too limited so you have to make the best of it
when you've come up to one. Well I think that's all so why not head to
the next part ............

III. Story
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
A Long, Long Time Ago ... there lived in the fantastic world of Gothos
a folk, one of many. This civilization never ceased to develop new ways
to make life easier for all.
It was not long, however, before their insatiable thirst for knowledge
called forth a danger which did threaten all of Gothos.
Hordes of monsters suddenly made their inexorable way to the surface
from the underworld. It was only through a last, desperate feat of
strength that this race was able to defeat the infernal hordes and save
Gothos from certain destruction. Shortly thereafter did they disappear
from Gothos, their destination unknown.
Today, the world of Gothos is still a place where different
civilizations live together in peace and harmony. Amongst these are
the Dreamers and the Steamers. They respect one another, but prefer
to go their separate ways. The reason lies in the age-old commandment,
unwritten yet handed down from generation to generation, that these two
races shall never mix.
Peace in Gothos comes to a sudden end, when suddenly one day, the earth
breaks up in Steamertown and terrible hordes of monsters and demons
destroy big parts of the town. Out of the blue, long-lost and almost
forgotten legends again take on their threatening shape.
Raised in Dreamertown the TechnoMage has the unwanted status of an
outsider.
His parents, his father a Steamer and his mother a Dreamer, broke the
unwritten law forbidding the two races to join with one another.
When Steamertown narrowly escapes destruction, the Dreamers accuse the
TechnoMage of being the cause of this disaster.
Fleeing before they can pass judgment on him, he directs his steps
towards Steamertown to look for his father and to see the extent of the
catastrophe for himself.
This is the first time that the inexperienced TechnoMage has left home.
Disquieting visions accompany him, and the player, upon their way.

IV. Character
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Okay, this is the part where I type in the Main character's profile so
you won't be seeing any other profiles except for the one of Melvin and
Talis. Also, I must warn you that some parts has some SPOILERS.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
^^ MELVIN'S PROFILE ^^
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Name: Melvin
Age: 20 Years
Mother: Firna (Dreamer)
Father : Godon (Steamer)
Weapons: He'll learn to use different weapons through the course of his
adventure [e.g. dagger, sword, bow. and different magical spells].
Residence : Dreamertown, he lives in his mother´s house.
Melvin's Story:
Since he was a child, Melvin has had a hard time in Dreamertown, because his
magical skills are not as strong as the talents of a genuine Dreamer. In
order to improve Melvin’s magical skills his uncle Rissen, a druid, tries to
teach him the high art of herbal lore.
Although Melvin tries to become a part of their society, the Dreamers
still remain very distrustful. Maybe this might be the reason why at
times Melvin is so reserved and self-conscious. However, he knows that
he is something special, because he has unique skills. For example,
unlike the Dreamers it is his nature to find out more about how
mechanical things work. Which isn’t a surprise, if one knows that his
father is a Steamer. Yet, the Dreamers cannot understand his interest
in machines.
When Melvin is accused of being the cause of a disaster that happened
in Steamertown, he flees. This is the first hard test Melvin has to
pass. Leaving the protective cocoon of his mother’s care for the first
time, he has to learn very quickly that his naivity must change into
resolution. Otherwise, he cannot survive.
By then, nobody foresees that this marks the beginning of a challenging
adventure that will determine Melvin’s fate as well as the fate of
Gothos. Because he has both, the abilities and skills of the Dreamers
and Steamers, he is the only one who can rescue Gothos.
During his journey through the fascinating world of Gothos Melvin step
by step becomes a real hero, who is equal to this task.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
^^ TALIS' PROFILE ^^
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Name: Talis
Age: 20 Years
Mother: Gaida (Steamer)
Father : Arwed (Dreamer)
Weapons: She knows perfectly well how to defend herself by using her
slingshot or a sword.
Residence :Canyon. There she lives with her father, an ethnologist,
whom she supports in his ethnological studies of the past
Talis' Story:
Like the parents of Melvin the parents of Talis broke the unwritten
law forbidding the two races to join with one another. Therefore,
they decided to leave their hometowns and to settle down in an isolated
area far away from Dreamertown and Steamertown.
There, in the Canyon, Talis grew up without any relatives, friends or
neighbors. The only persons she could relate to were her parents. Maybe
this might be the reason why she is very suspicious whenever she meets
strangers.
Since the death of her mother Talis got very much used to standing
entirely on her own feet. Her father, an ethnologist, traveled a lot and so
she became independent very early. She learnt very quickly how to use her
weapon, a sling, which enables her to protect herself against enemies.
When Talis meets Melvin, her father has been dead for more than four
months. Although she is used to living alone, she has decided to leave
the Canyon. She feels that she does not want to exist in this barren
wilderness any longer.
Whether by chance or destiny, this is just the time when Melvin arrives
in the Canyon. He shares her fate, because he is an outsider as well. Yet
that is not the only thing they have in common. While their relationship is
getting deeper, they find out that there seems to be an invisible bond that
ties them together. A fact that will become more important at the end of
their adventure when they are separated from each other.
Talis’ mental skills are much stronger than Melvin’s. Therefore, they are
the perfect team. In addition to this, Talis has an extensive knowledge
about the history of Dreamers and Steamers because her father has spent all
his time on studying the legends of the past and the remains of an old,
mysterious culture. It was only natural that this became his field of study
because the family lived closed to a mysterious, ancient building.
When Talis meets Melvin for the first time she seems to be very shy and
quite distrustful. But then she realizes that she is lucky to have found a
new companion who knows how somebody feels who has been an outsider for his
whole life. Therefore, she decides to join him on his adventurous journey
through the fantastic world of Gothos and to help him rescue their world.

VII. Survival Tips
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
I'll make this an outline type so you can read it all up quickly and
hopefully apply it. Well, this tips works for my friends who played the
game. To be honest anybody don't need this Tips for they all have they're
style of playing but hey it doesn't hurt to share some of my tips.
- Always explore new areas and try to get familiar with them you'll
never now when you'll get some potions or new items
- Talk to almost all people possible to talk to you'll never knew when
you'll be given exp. by just talking to them and they can also help you
when your lost.
- Always stock up on potions they aren't a lot of item shop in TechnoMage
- Always try to buy at least one Magic Cube or any cube that raises stats
It's not a bad Idea to increase your stats and it will help you on the long
run.
- When your exp. bar is near max let say 98% instead of using more potions
just look for enemies and kill them to level up. It will instantly max your
HP and Mana as you level up.
- Always equip new weapons and stuffs well for some who stick with a cool
looking weapon instead of a more killer type.
- Not all strong spells are useful. Like choosing fireball over Ice claw is
a good choice when trying to battle somebody at long range.
- Go start breaking crates and stuffs. You won't know when a goodie might
pop out!!!
- For a more powerful attack try to raise you mystic to 20 or more it allows
you to charge your weapon for a more powerful blow
- Know how to use a certain potion like using up a L. combined potion when
you just want to max out your Hp. Conserve, Conserve, Conserve!!!
- When your Mystic level reach around 7 (I Think ^_^!!) your mana points
gradually replenishes.
- Try and Try have a lot of patience ....... eventually you'll succeed
- Three words ........ SAVE A LOT!!!!!!!!
- And lastly trust your gaming instinct coz' its better than a walkthrough

VIII. Enemy FAQs
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
ALAS!! I've found something suitable for this parts:
Forces lurking in the depths of the underworld threaten the beautiful
world of Gothos, and whoever wants to save Gothos won't be able to avoid
armed conflict with the monstrous fiends of evil. Nothing a real hero would
have to worry about? We shall see - the monsters have successfully adapted
to their specific habitats. One thing is certain: Muscles alone won't
suffice. You must choose the right weapons and the best attacking
techniques. Here it is anyway is not yet complete though but expect some
revision on the next version. The Hit points are just estimations.
