Go to your Barrage directory and RIGHT click on the sound.bat file. Then
when the menu pops up click EDIT. Here is what mine said initially...

Well after hacking around some of the files, I uncovered some variables
(switches) that unlock many cool things. I found that it's best to enter
the codes between the -snd and the -3dfx switches (not sure why, but it
works). Here they are and feel free to post them on Voodoo Extreme's
site...
The best one is the first one...

(a vcr mode WITH NO TIME LIMIT!!!, and you are also INDESTRUCTIBLE!!!,
and you can rewind, edit cut/paste, and watch your battle!!! I love it!)
I imagine this is how they made the demo for the game when
it's running and says "press any key to begin". This is great!!!

I really liked the demo and was frustrated because I kept dying so
fast, or the timer would expire. Now I can explore to my hearts content
with the -vcrp switch. Enjoy this demo!!!
