Big Heads:
If you press and hold the select button while selecting your player in vs. mode, you will get a
chibi/big head version.

TO GET KAZUYAS PURPLE SUIT:
When you have EVERYONE (all sub-bosses, Kazuya, Roger/Alex, Devil/Angel) Select
Kazuya with the START button for his Purple suit.
WIRE FRAME BOXING:
YOU MUST HAVE ALL CHARACTERS FOR THIS CODE TO WORK Make sure you have EVERY character. Before you
select your character, hold the L1 and L2 buttons Select
Your character. Make sure the buttons are held untill the match starts. You will
appear as a green wireframe, with a behind your character view (looking through
yourself, at the other opponent). It is tough to play, but if you are the type
of person who played PUNCHOUT or SUPER PUNCHOUT game in the arcades
White Big Fighters:
oke here its come a little cheat for tekken 2 you can fight white big fighters
just choose a fighter after you do that press a hold the select button and when
the game started you have big fighters You can fight with big fighters, just choose a fighter and
after you have done
that press & hold the select button. When the game starts you have Big Fighters.
Alex/Roger:
in arcade mode, win the THIRD STAGE with a "great" victory. You must win the
first round.(this is if you haven't taken the cheap way out and changed the
fight to one round) In the second round, let your energy get down to 5%. Then
take out your opponent. The next fight you will face roger or alex. Beat which
ever animal you face and they are yours to control.
Sub-Bosses:
to get any of the sub-bosses, beat the game with any of the original characters
-to get Kazuya, beat the game with one of the sub-bosses. -to get Devil\Angel,
beat the game with Kazuya. You get to see alex or roger here, but you can't
keep them.(damn) -to get Kazuya's purple robe, use the start button to select
Kazuya.
Mortal Kombat Style:
After having accrued all of the secret characters (including Roger and Alex),
besides being able to perform the much-publicised "Big Head" modes, you can also
fight ala "Mortal Kombat" style using this cheat... When selecting a character,
any character, hold UP + SELECT when you choose them. Hold this down until the
round starts and, if successful you should here a "punch" sample. Lo and behold
you can now uppercut your foe into the upper eschalons of the sky!... Top laughs
all round, especially when you catch a friend unawares! When you are playing law
on tekken 2 there is a special flip combo trick that i did not find in your
lists of moves. this combo will let you do two flips really quickly. press a
direction and both of the kick buttons. do not press up or down. if you press
back you will go back for the first flip and forward for the second and you can
trick the computer any time.
Big Heads:
Press Select anytime before a match starts, before the screen changes to the
Stage and Vs. screen. You can press Select after you choose your character, or
as stated above. - You will see your character with bigger heads and hands.
SD:
To get SD versions, press Select again before a next stage screen comes on screen. You have to do
the Big Heads trick first, if you want to get the SD
versions. - You will see you character in SD forms, but in a bigger version than
the normal version of the characters. Also, the voice will match as well.
Sky mode:
Completely finish the game by capturing all the characters. Then when selecting your character, hold
Select + Up. Hold these buttons until the fight begins. If you entered the code correctly, you will
hear the sound of a punch. Use an uppercut or sweep move to send your opponent to skyward.
Fight as Devil or Angel:
Fight as Kazuya and defeat the Devil. Then, press Punch to select Devil or Kick to select
Angel.
Fight as Armored King:
Complete the game as King.
Fight as Baek:
Complete the game as Law.
Fight as Ganryu:
Complete the game as any character.
Fight as Kuma:
Complete the game as Paul.
Fight as P.Jack:
Complete the game as Jack-2.
Fight as Kunimitsu:
Complete the game as Yoshimitsu.
Fight as Lee:
Complete the game as Hiehachi.
Fight as Bruce:
Complete the game as Lei.
Fight as Anna:
Complete the game as Nina.
Fight as Kazuya:
Beat the Devil with any sub-boss. The game must be beaten without losing a round.
Fight as Wang:
Complete the game with Jun.
Fight as Roger or Alex:
After unlocking Roger and Alex, press Punch to select or Kick to select Alex.
Kazuya in a purple suit:
Completely finish the game by capturing all the characters. Select Kazuya with Start.
Fight as Sub-bosses:
Beat the Devil with each character.
Wire-frame view:
Completely finish the game by capturing all the characters. Hold L1 + L2 as your character
is selected. Hold the buttons until the match begins. Your character will appear as a green
wire-frame. The view will be from a first person perspective, directly behind your character,
towards your opponent. Repeat the code and substitute the buttons with R1 + R2 for a
second person perspective.
Winning poses:
After winning a round with Law, Yoshimitsu, Jack-2, Paul or Michelle, hold Square, Circle,
X, or Triangle. Your fighter will perform the selected winning pose.
Practice mode symbols:
Wait awhile in practice mode without moving your character. A comic strip-like cloud will
appear over his or her head. Continue waiting to see other symbols similar to the classic
wood chopper that is cut by a hammer.
View graphics (Japanese version):
Save the game after unlocking all twenty three characters, which includes the hidden
characters. Unplug controller two, if one is present. Place the memory card with the Tekken
2 saved game file in the slot one. Hold Up/Right + Select + Circle + X when the text
"Namco Presents" appears. A screen titled "Theatre Tekken 2" will confirm correct code
entry. A list of game graphic files will appear.
Choosing Poses:
Each characters have 3 poses, except for the bosses. To choose the first, press
and hold any punch during the replay, second hold any kick and third press both
punches or kicks. For the bosses, hold either punch or kick for one, and press
both punches or both kicks for the second.
Theatre Mode:
View the Tekken 2 endings at your leisure! No fighting, no hard work! (Not sure
if this code works with any version outside of the Japanese import.) 1) Make
sure the 2nd controller is unplugged. 2) Make sure you have ALL the available
characters stored in your memory card. (Also make sure it is plugged in!) 3)
Boot up the Tekken 2 game. When the words NAMCO PRESENTS appears, press Up,
Right, Circle, Cross, and Select and HOLD the buttons down. Note: This is tricky. It seems like some
timing is involved. I could only get it to work maybe
2 out of five tries. The order in which you press the buttons doesn't seem to
matter but I recommend the above order and it must be done smoothly and quickly
before the words go away. 4) If unsuccessful, the game will load the normal
opening intro. Try again. 5) If successful, you will be taken to the Tekken 2
Theatre. Here, you can scroll down the list of FMV endings (and openings!) and
play any one of them. Note: After about 10 seconds or so, this mode will exit
automatically so keep moving around if you plan to stay.
Bonus Characters:
Alex and Roger: Start an Arcade Mode game. When you get to the 3rd match, wait 7until your match
winning round. Now, let your opponent beat you down to 5%
energy. Once you have done this, quicky KO your opponent. If done correctly, you
should hear the announcer say "GREAT!". Depending on your character's outfit,
your 4th match will be against Roger or Alex.
Anna: Beat the game with Nina to gain Anna.
Angel: Beat the Devil with Kazuya. Press Punch to select Angel.
Armored King: Beat the game with King.
Baek: Beat the game with Law.
Devil: Beat the Devil with Kazuya. Press Kick to select Devil.
Ganryu: Beat the game with Michelle to play as Ganryu.
Kazuya: To play as Kazuya, beat the Devil with any sub-boss.
Kimnitsu: Beat the game with Yoshimitsu to gain Kimnitsu.
Kuma: Beat the game with Paul.
P.Jack: Beat the game with Jack-2.
Sub-bosses: To play as any sub-boss, beat the Devil with each character.
