Attack Meter to 100 + Special:
In Valkyrie Profile when you do a combo and raise the attack meter to 100 one of the characters that
was instrumental in the combo can perform his/her special attack. If the special attack raises the
attack meter to 100 again one of the other characters that was instrumental in the combo can perform
his/her special attack. One thing that not too many people notice is that the attack power of each
successive attack increases. Therefore, if you are able to chain all four special attacks then the
third and fourth attacks will be noticeably more powerful than under normal circumstances and this
can lead you to finish off a major enemy in even as little as one round.
Another thing to keep in mind is that the green bar that passes across the screen when you unlock a
special attack is not only a time keeper but also dictates the starting value of the attack meter at
the beginning of the special attack. Timing is key to performing successful linking of special
attacks.
