FOREWORD:
After following the instructions below, you will have made
a trainer that allows god mode, give all weapons, give any
biomods, open any doors, and more!
NOTE: Backup the mentioned .ini files if you want to revert
back to having no trainer. Save the file after each step.
Installation:
Go to C:\Program Files\Deus Ex - Invisible War\System
Open DX2UI.ini and find (Ctrl+F) the instance "[DebugMenu]".
Replace the entire paragraph below the word [DebugMenu] with

Finally, in the same folder (System), right click a blank area
and go to New -> Text Document. Rename that document "cheats"
or "cheats.txt" if you can see extensions.
Open that document and copy and paste the following:

Whenever you activate the "Infinite/Restore HP/MP/Ammo" cheat,
all the commands listed above will be activated. Customize
cheats.txt to your liking.
OPERATING PROCEDURES:
Start the game and play with your personal custom cheat menu!
Your mouse movement will control which item on the menu is
highlighted. Left and right clicking anywhere will confirm a
command; to go back to the previous "folder," press Backspace.
Remember to lock the menu once you're done activating cheats, so
it will not interfere with your gaming. God mode and inf energy
will reset every map loads AND cutscenes, so remember to reactivate.
TRAINER BUGS AND NOTES:
Sometimes it will be difficult to highlight a specific command
or to target it at something. You have better accuracy by
aiming at the target first, then pause the game by pressing
Escape and go the menu, then activate whichever command you
choose (such as opening a locked stash). Note that you cannot
go back to a previous cheat menu when the game is paused.
Be careful when you use the Destroy command! You don't want to
irreversibly destroy a computer terminal that activates the
game's goal. The command "Ghost" means you can go through
walls; activate "Walk" to go back to normal. Make sure you have
enough room when you unghost. Activating "All Weapons" will spawn
a line of items stretching directly away from you, be in a long area
to see the entire selection. Restoring HP/MP cheats do not work,
you have to use Regen or Leech biomods instead.
NON-TRAINER CHEATS:
To have invulnerability without the cheats, open Default.ini and
find the instance "[Difficulty]" and find the
Difficulty_Player_Damage (depends on your chosen difficulty) and
replace the variables with "0.0".
CUSTOMIZE YOUR OWN TRAINER:
Follow the layout and instructions mentioned in the cheats menu
source code above and customize it to your liking. Here is a

and Ctrl+F "fullscreen" then replace the two following numbers
