Note 1: This fuel code causes the main menu to crash. When using this code, turn off the PAR when
the Namco title animation starts. Turn the PAR back on after Rally-X starts.
Note 2: This code is for those who do not wish to mess with the first fuel code. However, this code
will trap the game in a loop while it tallys your bonus points for fuel remaining. It's a REAL easy
way to rack up points! Again, turn off the PAR to finish the level, then re-enable it for the next
level.
